Solo Recovery Zone operates at running events throughout the Southern California area. At our recovery zone, we provide runners and OCR athletes with the best experience with recovery techniques and hydration to help speed recovery and optimize their performance.
My background is in supply chain management within the electronics manufacturing segment, but my passion is running. I'm currently attending CSUF for my MBA (class of 2022). Having been running for the last six years, I discovered that recovery time between workouts can significantly impact the runner's overall performance.
I have been running for the last six years, and I mainly do it for fitness. I consider myself a middle-of-the-pack type of runner, and I log somewhere between 50-100 miles per month, depending on my work and family load.
